About Me:

As a mum blessed with two lively, spirited boys – and as someone who once felt lost and overwhelmed – I understand how challenging it can be to navigate life without a clear sense of direction. I began studying nutrition because I wanted to feel confident that the food I gave my children would support healthy gut development and create balanced, wholesome eating habits for life.

My passion for learning, paired with a commitment to balanced nutrition and intentional well-being practices, has completely transformed how I live each day.

Our mind and body are deeply connected and thrive when they work in harmony.

Qualifications and Experience:

I bring a unique blend of expertise in nutrition, wellbeing, health and social sciences to support your health and personal growth.

My Nutrition studies are Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) accredited and Association for Nutrition (AfN) certified, ensuring the gold standard in the health and fitness industry, and RSPH-accredited in Well-being.

My academic journey includes a Doctorate in Empathy, a Master’s in Human Rights and Social Justice, and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy. 20 years of experience in education, including 10 years teaching and researching in health and social sciences.

I am passionate about sharing science-backed insights in a simple, easy-to-understand way, offering a compassionate, holistic approach to help you thrive.
