I’m Anna
Wellbeing & Nutritional Practitioner
Founder of Wellbeing by the Seaside
A belief that shapes everything I do
What we consume mentally, emotionally and physically
is deeply connected to how we feel and live.
My work
I support people to feel more grounded, nourished and steady in themselves – through a thoughtful blend of nutrition, wellbeing and mind–body awareness.
My approach is calm, practical and supportive, helping you return to balance in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Why this matters to me
My work is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience.
Like many people, I’ve known what it feels like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected and unsure of your direction. Becoming a parent deepened my awareness of how important it is to create health and stability – not through perfection, but through simple, consistent care.
That journey led me to nutrition, and then to a broader understanding of wellbeing as something deeply connected to how we think, feel and live each day.

How I work

A final note
Wellbeing is a return to balance, not a pursuit of perfection.
